- Led Loyal Agent, a healthcare-focused AI conversational assistant, as PM, designer, and developer — owning product strategy, experience, and customer migrations. Retained and grew a 1.5M line of business.
- Advocated for and designed a full redesign of Loyal's Care Search & Scheduling alongside product and engineering: included LLM-powered natural-language care search that helps patients find and book care faster. Drove a 15% increase in conversions.
- Grew Loyal's internal design system Uniform, from raw components to a cohesive, company-wide system easily consumed by AI tools (4x usage and 100% positive response).
